DUNLAP, Ill. – One lucky dog in Dunlap helped alert authorities to a house fire Wednesday night.
Dunlap Fire says a Peoria County Sheriff’s deputy was patrolling near 4th and Ash just before 8:45 P.M.
That’s where the deputy observed smoke coming from a residence and a barking dog inside.
