PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria Rivermen are on their way to the S-P-H-L’s President’s Cup semifinals.
The Rivermen hockey team defeated the Macon Mayhem 4-1 Saturday night at Carver Arena, to sweep the best-of-three first round series…two games to one.
The Rivermen will take on the Knoxville Ice Bears in the second round of the SPHL playoffs.
The best-of-five series will begin Friday night at Carver Arena. Game two will also be at Carver Arena on Saturday.
