The opening of a new facility at Bradley University has been delayed.
The university had planned to welcome students to the Bradley Business and Engineering Convergence Center at the beginning of the fall semester, but the building will not be fully ready for classes to start until mid-semester.
Bradley officials want to make sure that the Convergence Center’s technology, offices, labs and classrooms are fully assembled before starting classes to ensure students are given the highest learning experience possible.
The facility is close to completion of phase one of the $100 million project.
