PEORIA, Ill. — A new Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) schedule has been adapted this basketball season to limit travel and promote safety.
There will still be an 18-game conference schedule, but teams will play on back-to-back days at one location.
Bradley men’s basketball will start the conference season on Dec. 28 and 29 at Valparaiso, in a rematch of the 2020 Arch Madness Championship.
The Braves first home conference matchup will be against Loyola, scheduled for Jan. 3 and 4.
The men’s conference season will end at home on Feb. 26 and 27 against Drake before the tip-off of Arch Madness on March 4.
The only team that the Bradley men and women will play home and away will be Illinois State.
Bradley men’s basketball will play at home against Illinois State Jan. 20 and at Illinois State Feb. 17.
The Bradley women’s basketball team will follow the same schedule structure.
The women start their season on New Year’s Day against Drake, with a second game on Jan. 2.
They will end their season with two home games against Indiana State on March 5 and 6 before the MVC Tournament begins in Moline, Ill. on March 11.
You can listen to all Bradley Braves men’s basketball games on 1470 & 100.3 WMBD, with Braves Plus with Dan Diorio starting an hour before tip-off.
