PEORIA, Ill. — A popular Italian eatery has announced it will not reopen its doors.
In a Facebook post, Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano thanked the community for its support.

The Bloomington-based headquarters had 17 locations as of Wednesday afternoon listed on its website. Peoria was not listed among them.
The restaurant had been closed since Dec. 2 and said at the time it had hoped to reopen once the mandated dining room closure was lifted.
