PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man is back in jail just a few months after being released following an arrest last year.
Peoria Police say Adrin Terrell, 34, faces charges of Resisting Police, Unlawful Restraint, and Domestic Battery.
Police didn’t say why Terrell is charged with the latter two, but officers say the arrest happened after 7:00 Thursday night near LaSalle and Indiana.
There, a total of 26 gunshots allegedly were fired, and a vehicle was seen fleeing at a high rate of speed that Terrell allegedly got out of and tried to run from.
Terrell was arrested on a number of weapons and other charges last year, but jail records state a court order in June resulted in his release.
Meanwhile, police say the vehicle used in the incident was later found on Kansas, but no more suspects.
