PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria County grand jury has charged a man recently arrested with a February homicide.
The grand jury Tuesday indicted Donte Agnew, 21, with First Degree Murder.
Agnew was arrested in Indiana November 9th – he was one of two people allegedly involved in the February 11th shooting death of Davion Parker, 18. He was shot in the head and found inside a car parked near Lexington Hills Apartments.
The other man accused – Torreon Carey, 25 – remains wanted.
Agnew will remain in jail and is scheduled to be arraigned next Wednesday, November 29.
