Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Knox, Stark, Marshall, Peoria, Woodford, Fulton and Tazewell Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and some deep drifts possible as snow blows onto roadways.
