The 4th annual Seats For Soldiers raised over $4,500.
The mission of the event, to save seats for soldiers, and raise money for Hope For The Warriors.
Dr. Chris Michaels, Brand Manager for 104.9 The Wolf, began at 6:00 a.m. Monday, and finished at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Weathering the elements, after 36 hours, Michaels moved seat-to-seat, during some rainfall, nightfall and plenty of sunshine, as the total amount raised for the foundation was $4,520.
Michaels says, a lot of the community came out to Dozer Park to show support, including family members of the military, and shared a lot of stories.
Hope For The Warriors is a foundation that helps men and women who have served in the military. They offer counseling services for PTSD, or a brain injury, or a physical injury, the foundation helps physically, emotionally, and financially.
