WEST PEORIA, Ill. – One person was hurt after a shooting and fight outside a West Peoria bar early Sunday morning.
The Peoria County Sheriffs Department says it happened around 1:15 a.m. near KG’s Bar on Farmington Road.
Sheriff Chris Watkins says one man was taken to the hospital before deputies arrived, and suffered a non-life-threatening leg injury.
No word yet on who might have committed the shooting.
Watkins says you can call Crime Stoppers or use the Sheriffs Department app if you have a tip for investigators.
