PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man faces charges accusing him of, among other things, having sexual contact with a minor.
Peoria County Court records indicate Eric Roberts, Jr., 20, faces charges filed by a grand jury including Criminal Sexual Assault and Sex Relations Within Families.
The indictment is sealed, but the charges indicate a potential victim was between 13 and 17 years old, and the incident happened February 22nd.
Roberts was arrested March first and is jailed on $75,000 bond. He will be arraigned Thursday.
