PEORIA, Ill. — We may soon learn much more about the controversy swirling around Reditus Labs co-founder Aaron Rossi.
A Tazewell County judge today ruled in favor of local media outlets seeking to unseal certain documents included in a pair of lawsuits against Rossi.
Former business partners now accuse Rossi of lavishly spending money meant for Reditus Labs as well as other improper business practices.
According to 25 News, the public will now have access to so-called “pleadings and attachments” in the case, but there will still not be any immediate public access to newer documents produced in discovery.
Rossi also faces a federal indictment for alleged tax fraud.
