HANNA CITY, Ill. – A Hanna City home suffered damage following a fire Tuesday afternoon.
Logan-Trivoli Fire Chief David Tuttle says he had the Limestone, Bartonville, Elmwood, Timber-Hollis, and Farmington fire departments help in putting the blaze on North Pekin Lane out around 1:45 p.m.
He says the fire was found in a bathroom and knocked down quickly, but crews remained on scene for a while putting out hot spots that extended into an outer bathroom wall.
$25,000 in damage was caused, and Tuttle says the State Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.
