PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria Park District wants your thoughts on a future splash pad to be installed at Lakeview Park.
The park district is asking for opinions through a survey, now open through May 16th.
The survey asks residents what elements should be included in the splash pad, along with a color scheme.
The results of the survey will be put together and presented to the Board of Trustees later this month.
The park district received a $600,000 state grant last year to replace the outdoor swimming pool at Lakeview with a splash pad.
The splash pad is expected to open in the spring of next year.
