ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Two people are dead and a total of 15 other people are injured in two shootings over the weekend in Michigan and Texas.
In Michigan, police say a man randomly targeted a splash pad in Rochester Hills, shooting nine people, including a mother and two children. The mother and one of her kids were left in critical condition.
According to Fox News, police later found the suspect dead in his mother’s mobile home after a five hour standoff.
In Round Rock, Texas, violence broke out at a Juneteenth celebration after two groups of people began firing guns at each other, killing two people and hurting six more.
The two killed were not among the two groups firing at each other.
