PEORIA, Ill. – A 16-year-old male has been arrested in connection to a stabbing and robbery from earlier this month.
Peoria Police say the 16-year-old was identified as the suspect, and arrested Wednesday morning in the area of Millbrook and Westport.
The stabbing occurred on September first in the area of Adams and Sloan, where an adult male victim was found with multiple stab wounds. He also told police that he was robbed.
The 16-year-old was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery and Aggravated Battery.
He was taken to the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center.
