PEKIN Ill. – As of Thursday morning, the Pekin Country Club could be yours.
The golf course and community center have a listing on the LA based, commercial real-estate website, “Crexi”, for nearly $2 million.
The listing cites significant financial losses and lack of management, as the reason for the sale.
It also states current memberships *should* be reinstated following the purchase.
WMBD Radio has reached out to the country club, but have yet to hear back.
