PEORIA, Ill. – A 21-year-old woman will spend nine years in prison for her role in the shooting death of a Manual High School student three years ago.
Court records show Tyranique White pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
Two First Degree Murder and one Aggravated Battery charge were dropped.
White was one of three people charged in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jerry Snipes Junior in October of 2021 on N. Linn.
22-year-old Gary Irby was sentenced in August to natural life in prison, while 21-year-old Jeremy Moore Junior was sentenced to 80 years in prison.
