PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria Public School district will repurpose former Quest Charter buildings.
The item was approved at Monday night’s board meeting in the district’s consent agenda.
The former Quest High School building will house some district programs that have run out of space at numerous schools, and will be consolidated into one building.
Those include the RISE Academy, Day Treatment that was at Trewyn, and the Peoria Adult Transition program.
The middle school will host and expand a dual-language academy that is currently held at Valeska Hinton and Whittier Primary School.
