For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected. * WHERE...Marshall, McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, Woodford, and Knox Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 3 PM CST this afternoon. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
