PEORIA, Ill. –Peoria County Animal Protection Services are inviting residents to take part in an upcoming vaccination and pet registration clinic.
“Residents of Peoria County can bring a photo I.D. They can come down and get a Rabies vaccination and a tag for just a bare minimum cost,” PCAPS Director Becky Spencer said.
Pricing:
Rabies shot and tag for spayed/neutered pets – $28.00
Rabies shot and tag for non-spayed/neutered pets – $46.00
Pets can be microchipped for identification for $10.00
Spencer said cash will be the only form of payment accepted at the clinic. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.
The Rabies vaccination and registration clinic will be held Tuesday, October 15 from noon-2 at the East Bluff Community Center, located at 512 E. Kansas Street in Peoria.
