PEORIA, Ill. – A structure fire in Peoria late Monday night was ruled accidental, causing an estimated $225,000 damage.
Battalion Chief Josh Martin said crews responded to W. Hollyridge Circle around 10:35 p.m., finding heavy fire at the back of a two-story home.
The home was vacant when firefighters arrived. Fire was found on the first and second floors.
No firefighter injuries were reported.
