TAZEWELL COUNTY, Ill. – One person has died after a crash Tuesday night in rural Manito.
The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the single vehicle crash just after 9:30 P.M. in the area of Bluff and Sky Ranch Roads.
Deputies arrived to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The fire was put out by the Foreman Fire Department
Investigators determined the vehicle was occupied by an unknown deceased individual, with the identity not yet known due to the extent of the fire.
The crash is under investigation by the Tazewell County Coroner’s and Sheriff’s Offices.
