PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police have arrested a third suspect in connection with an armed robbery and aggravated battery that occurred last November.
PPD Spokesperson Semone Roth says around 6 p.m. on Thursday, officers arrested 20-year-old Jorden Foster in the 2300 block of NE Adams Street. Foster was identified as a suspect in the ongoing investigation and was taken into custody without incident.
After being questioned, Foster was arrested for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition without a FOID card, and Domestic Battery, then taken to the Peoria County Jail.
Foster’s arrest is related to an incident on Friday, November 21, 2025, in the 1800 block of N. Missouri Avenue.
Police made contact with a 17-year-old male victim who reported he was approached by five male subjects, all of whom were armed with handguns.
The suspects forcibly took the victim’s personal belongings and battered him before leaving the area on foot. The victim sustained minor injuries.
Foster is the third suspect to be arrested in the case. Detectives previously arrested two juvenile suspects on January 3.
- A 15-year-old male was arrested for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Battery, and Resisting Arrest/Obstructing Police. He was also arrested on an active warrant for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.1
- A 17-year-old male was arrested for Armed Robbery and Resisting Arrest/Obstructing Police.1
Both juveniles were taken to the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center.
