Visitation and funeral services will be held Sunday, June 30 and Monday, July 1 for 39-year-old Fulton County Deputy Troy Chisum, killed in the line of duty Tuesday afternoon.
Deputy Chisum was shot and killed around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in rural Avon while responding to a battery and disturbance call.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Cuba High School, and the funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m.
Illinois State Police say a GoFundMe memorial fund has been set up for Chisum’s family. Donations are also being accepted at Mid American National Bank in Canton.
