PEORIA, Ill. – One person has died after reportedly being struck by a vehicle on Murray Baker Bridge early Friday morning.
Illinois State Police says the crash occurred at around 5:50 A.M. in the westbound lanes.
Police say the victim was taken to a hospital after being struck.
No further information about the crash is available at this time from state police.
The westbound lanes were closed for about three hours, but were reopened just before 9:00 A.M.
