PEORIA, Ill. – A teenage boy will be tried as an adult in connection to a robbery last November in Peoria’s East Bluff.
The Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office says 16-year-old Cedric Parker was ordered to remain held at the Juvenile Detention Center on Tuesday on a count of Armed Robbery.
Parker is one of five individuals charged with Armed Robbery in the case. The four include 20-year-old Jorden Foster, 19-year-old Shamari Joiner, 18-year-old Kenmetris Cockfield, and a 17-year-old male.
The incident occurred the evening of November 21st, 2025, when a victim reported that multiple males allegedly armed with handguns approached him.
The group threatened the victim, and ordered him to remove his pants, shoes, and watch. One suspect allegedly recorded the robbery on a cell phone and posted it to Snapchat.
The suspects were reportedly identified through their social media accounts.
