PEORIA, Ill. – The 41st Gerald M. Brookhart Arts in Education Spring Celebration is back for its 41st year in downtown Peoria.
Dave Poehls tells WMBD’s “Greg and Dan” students come from all over Central Illinois to perform.
“They come from seven towns. We pull from a large area, and again the idea is a celebration of all arts in education, in all its settings…visual, performing, bands and orchestras, every weekday…culminating with Peace Plays in Peoria on May 14th,” Poehls says.
Performances will be at the Peoria Riverfront Museum’s Sun Plaza and at the CAT Visitors Center Tuesday, April 21 through May 14th.
