PEORIA, Ill. – Playoff soccer is coming back to Peoria.
Peoria City Soccer announced that they will be the host of one of the USL League Two Central Conference playoff pods next week.
Two games in the quarterfinal round will take place July 16th. Peoria City will be playing in the second game at 7:30 P.M., with the first match to take place at 3:00 P.M.
The two winners will meet Saturday July 18th in the conference semifinals at 7:30 P.M.
Peoria is hosting after winning the Great Plains Division title this season, and two years after hosting every round of the playoffs, including the national championship match, at Shea Stadium.
