PEORIA, Ill. – If you’re looking for something fun to do with the family—and your dog—head out to Kickapoo this Sunday.
SAMS Rescue is hosting Woofstock 2026.
“We have live music. This year, it’s at Kickapoo Sportsman’s Club on Rt. 150, just past the town of Kickapoo. We’re going to have it rain or shine,” SAMS Executive Director and Founder Connie Davis says.
Music will be provided by the West MacQueen Street Band from Noon-4:00.
Davis tells WMBD’s “Greg and Dan” that you’ll also find food trucks, vendors, fun stations, a silent auction, and raffles.
Tickets are 20 dollars, and kids 12 and under get in free. All proceeds benefit SAMS Shelter in Hanna City.
Dogs brought to Woofstock must be over 6 months of age, on a non-retractable leash, and be current on rabies vaccinations with a rabies tag on their collar or harness. Female dogs cannot be in heat.
