PEORIA, Ill. — Another round of snow is expected to move into the Peoria area Tuesday and Wednesday.
News partner 25 News Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins predicts a mixed bag of winter weather most of Tuesday with snow at times, rain at times and a rain/snow mix at times.
“The main event comes early Tuesday evening as we’ll see continuous snow through noon Wednesday. The area of heaviest snow keeps getting pushed east. Peoria looks to be in line for three to five inches with four to six inches east of the (Illinois) River and two to four inches west of the river,” Collins said.
A Winter Weather Advisory for the Peoria Metro Area will be in effect from 6 p.m. Tuesday through noon Wednesday.
