The university will extend Spring Break by one week. Classes will go online from March 30 through April 12. We will assess where things stand with COVID-19 daily and provide updates as new decisions are made.

Bradley University operations will continue. Faculty and staff are to report to work as under regular conditions.

Faculty should be prepared to deliver their courses online beginning March 30.

All university-sponsored travel is suspended until further notice.

We recommend students return home to their permanent address beginning Saturday, March 14. The university will work with those students who need to remain on campus. Details will be forthcoming.

Food service will operate on a limited basis during this time.

Library access will remain available online.

Health Services will remain open. Any student who feels ill should visit Health Services and not the emergency room per OSF recommendations. Please call first to make an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted per CDC recommendation.

Any event or meeting that includes more than 25 people will be canceled. This remains in effect through April 13. This decision will be reevaluated daily and the community will be updated of any changes.

A hotline (309-677-1111) will be available starting March 16 to address any campus inquiries. The hotline will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

We believe these actions are our best options to ensure our community’s health and safety. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely with local, state and federal health officials.
