PEORIA, Ill. — Four suspects, including a pair of juveniles, have been arrested for a Wednesday morning armed carjacking in Peoria’s West Bluff.
A woman said the suspects drove away around 10:30 in her crossover vehicle from the site of the incident, in the 1800 block of N. Otley.
They were later found at the NE Jefferson Shop N Save, and promptly arrested.
19-year-old Styles O. Stuckey was arrested for aggravated vehicular hijacking, unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a stolen firearm, use of a stolen firearm in the commission of an offense, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
18-year-old Antonio T. Monroe was arrested for aggravated vehicular hijacking, possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a handgun, use of a stolen firearm in the commission of an offense, unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Two 14-year-old girls were arrested on a count each of possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
