UPDATE 3:30 P.M. 6-21-21 — The male who died at the scene has been identified by Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood as 19-year-old Rashad Williams, of Peoria Heights.
Harwood said Williams suffered multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body and likely died instantly.
The second male who died has been identified by Harwood as 28-year-old Josiah Hanson, of McDonough, Georgia. Hanson was pronounced dead at 4:10 a.m. at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
An autopsy on Hanson showed he suffered a single gunshot wound to his torso and died of severe internal bleeding.

PEORIA, Ill. — A Sunday morning double shooting in Central Peoria has left one man dead and another with life-threatening injuries.
Police were dispatched just after 1:00 to W. Crestwood, between University and Sheridan.
They found a man unresponsive in the parking lot of an apartment complex. He was pronounced dead immediately.
A second victim, also a male, was found inside the building. He was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
Suspect and victim information as of Sunday morning were developing.
