PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man has pleaded not guilty to charges of robbing a bank late last month.
Court records indicate Monterius Miller, 31, made the plea during an arraignment hearing Thursday.
He was arrested January 27 for the robbery of a PNC Bank branch on Forest Hill a week prior.
He faces counts of Aggravated Robbery, Financial Institution Robbery, traffic offenses, Fleeing and Eluding, and Reckless Driving.
Miller will be back in court April 14 for a hearing, prior to a trial starting as soon as April 25.
He remains jailed on $150,000 bond.
