PEORIA HEIGHTS, Ill. — They’re feeling artsy in the Heights this weekend.
The Peoria Heights Fine Art Fair is back on Saturday after a hiatus thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The festivities will go on from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We have the street blocked on Prospect from Glen to Kelly Avenue, and we will have an Eats and Drinks tent, we’ll have silent auction tent, we have music playing from the Ipava State Bank balcony,” said Teresa McDade, one of the event’s organizers.
McDade told WMBD’s “The Greg and Dan Show”, the juried art show is bringing in a lot of local and regional talent, but also artists from other states, as far away as Texas.
