PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man has been indicted yet again.
This time, Deshawn Early, 30, was charged formally by a Peoria County Grand Jury Tuesday with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Early is accused in the indictment of shooting a gun at an occupied vehicle around September 23rd near Spring and Adams Streets in the North Valley.
Those are just several of what are believed to be 19 felony charges Early faces in several cases, including one last month when he allegedly drove away from a traffic stop in Bartonville, but later was arrested at Club Cabaret in Creve Coeur.
He was just indicted two weeks ago by a grand jury in that case.
In this one, he’ll be arraigned November 17th.
