PEKIN, Ill. – Bond was set Thursday at $2.5 million in the case of the Peoria man accused of killing a neighbor.
The Tazewell County State’s Attorney says Kolby Kincade, 20, is being charged with First-Degree Murder, Home Invasion, and Aggravated Battery.
This, after Kincade was arrested again earlier this week for the alleged assault on Halloween of 53-year-old Richard Wass.
Kincade, 25 News reports, is believed to have admitted to punching Wass in the face. Wass died almost a week ago.
Kincade will be back in court December 8th.
