PEORIA, Ill. — One person was sent to the hospital after an apparent employee altercation in Bartonville late Thursday afternoon.
It happened along West Garfield Avenue around 5:30 p.m. 25 News crews saw blood on the floor, just inside the door to the Homestyle Grille.
Bartonville Police Chief Tony Segree says he believes that one employee stabbed the other in the forearm during an argument.
Arrested was Kenneth Alig, 40. He’s in the Peoria County Jail awaiting a bond hearing on a charge of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
The injury to the victim was not believed to be life-threatening.
