EUREKA, Ill. – Bond has been set in the case of a man who allegedly made a threat to local schools.
Woodford County Court records a judge set bond Monday at $250,000 against Jared Cochran, 39, and set another hearing for January 18th.
Cochran was arrested Saturday morning, after Eureka Police claimed the man made a threat to harm a family member with a gun at a school function.
While police charged Cochran with Making a Terrorist Threat and Disorderly Conduct, prosecutors have only filed the threat charge.
So far, Cochran remains jailed.
