PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man charged by a grand jury with murder in connection to the city’s 17th homicide last year, is now facing a new grand jury indictment.
A grand jury Tuesday charged Domonicue Linwood, 24, with a count of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
The indictment claims Linwood had a handgun on him during an incident on Spring Street last September 22nd.
That would have been a few weeks after the Labor Day weekend shooting death of Jamarion Lee, 24, on West Adrian Hinton Avenue.
Linwood pleaded not guilty last week in that case and is jailed on $1 million bond.
