PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police says they’re investigating a case where several male juveniles were allegedly breaking into a vehicle next to Bradley University.
Authorities say officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Institute Place on Saturday at 4:10 P.M.
Officers say the subjects fled on foot when they arrived. One of the juveniles was apprehended on the 1200 block of Elmwood Street, while another was caught a short time later.
Peoria Police said a search of the area after that turned up negative results.
The two juveniles were arrested on charges of Vehicle Burglary and Resisting Arrest. Both were then released to the custody of a guardian.
