WASHINGTON, D.C. – Members of the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday released more bank records said to be related to the Biden family’s business dealings.
The committee’s chairman James Comer claims the records show Hunter Biden received millions of dollars from Eastern European oligarchs.
Fox News reports the 19-page memo, which included screenshots of redacted financial records, show millions of dollars in payments came from Ukrainian energy company Burisma, as well as Russian and Kazakhstani oligarchs.
The records also suggest that then Vice President Joe Biden attended dinners with those individuals.
In response to Comer’s claims, Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland said Comer failed to prove any wrongdoing by President Biden, saying the bank records never directly named the elder Biden.
The White House maintains no wrongdoing was done by President Biden.
