PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are asking for your help finding a vehicle that may have been used in the city’s 13th homicide of the year last month.
Police say they’ve learned of what they call a black GMC Yukon being identified as a “vehicle of interest” in a shooting in the vicinity of Arcadia and Thrush August 19th.
The shooting claimed the life of Maurice Young, 42.
The Yukon has Illinois license plate DE98690 and officers have been unable to locate it.

Lovell Eggleston, 34, remains jailed on charges of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon in connection with the shooting.
