The Tazewell County Coroner’s Office says authorities were made aware of the crash at Furrow and Pfanz Roads just before 10:00 P.M.
Clay Harper, 22, of Pekin was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at around 11:00 P.M. No other passengers or vehicles were involved in the crash.
