PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man is facing multiple charges from a grand jury for a shooting that turned in to a fatal car crash almost a month ago.
The grand jury Tuesday indicted Vanda Terrell, 51, on two counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, and single counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
Terrell allegedly fired a gun on West Ann Street February 14th, then fled the scene, crashing into a car driven by Wardrick Milburn, 46, claiming his life.
Terrell was released from custody, according to court documents, and is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment April 10th.
