PEORIA HEIGHTS, Ill. – Peoria Heights Police say they have taken into custody one of three men wanted for a Memorial Day weekend shooting incident at a gas station.
Police say 22-year-old Jontin Evans is in custody. He is wanted for Mob Action in the late-afternoon Sunday shooting incident at the Beck’s on East War Memorial, where nine shell casings were reportedly found.
Police are still searching for 18-year-old Brailen Moore and 22-year-old Gage Spengler.
Both are also wanted for Mob Action, with Moore wanted on additional charges of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Unlawful Use of Weapons.
