PEORIA, Ill. – A teenager was arrested Wednesday morning in Peoria after allegedly striking someone with a golf club.
Peoria Police says officers responded after three men were engaged in a fight in the area of Knoxville and Giles just after 10:15 A.M.
Police found an adult male who was reportedly struck in the head with a golf club.
He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
19-year-old Lando Andrus was named as the suspect, and taken into custody at the scene.
He was arrested for Aggravated Battery and taken to the Peoria County Jail.
