SHANGHAI (Reuters) -Shares of Chinese AI chipmaker Cambricon Technologies tumbled in morning trade on Thursday as investors locked in gains amid concerns that recent sharp rallies could prompt rebalancing by index-tracking funds.
Cambricon shares were down more than 7%. The stock had risen over 90% over the past month.
