PEORIA, Ill. – No injuries were reported after a semi-truck with diesel fuel rolled over Monday morning in Peoria.
Peoria Fire says crews responded to the corner of Alta Lane and Allen Road just before 8:15 A.M.
Crews arrived to find diesel fuel spilling from the truck on its side, with the HazMat team called in to control and mitigate about 20 gallons of spilled diesel fuel.
The driver of the truck had exited the vehicle with no injuries.
The road was reduced to one lane for several hours for cleanup and to ensure the area was safe.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
